Dr Mainiero is a board certified Chiropractor and is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Dr. Mainiero is the owner of Mainiero Family Chiropractic Center in Vineland, NJ.

Dr. Mainiero is a lifelong Vineland native and has been in private practice since 1995.

Dr. Mainiero received his formal education at Life College School of Chiropractic, now Life University in Marietta, Georgia, where he obtained his Doctorate degree in 1995.

During this time he spent two years doing spinal research with multiple sclerosis and cerebral palsy patients. Dr. Mainiero obtained his post graduate degree in Physiological Therapeutics from the National College in Lombard, Illinois. He completed his residency at Life College clinical offices in Atlanta and Marietta.

Today Dr. Mainiero specializes in herniated discs of the neck and low back. He devised a program of management for your herniation that will enable you to use various stategies to live a healthy less painful life.

Dr. Mainiero uses many Chiropractic adjusting techniques. You can discuss the ones you prefer before treatment. He uses a gentle but effective technique of flexion and distraction with low force manipulation when indicated.
